Privacy policy

The short version

We collect only what the app needs to build your practice plan. We don't sell your data, show you ads, or share it with anyone for marketing. You can delete your account and everything in it at any time.

What we collect

• Account details: your email address, or your name and email from Google if you sign in with Google.
• Your golf profile: your name, current and target handicap, practice schedule, and which facilities you can use.
• Your rounds: the stats you log (score, fairways, greens, putts and so on), course names and any notes.
• Your practice: your weekly plans and which drills you've checked off.
• Swing checks (optional): if you use the AI swing check, the short part of your video that you mark as the swing, shrunk to 720p. We don't store it.

We don't collect your location, contacts or payment details.

How we use it

Only to run the app: to log you in, work out where you're losing strokes, build your weekly plan, and show your progress. Your data is never used to train AI models.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies to keep you logged in. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

Where your data is stored

Your data is stored with Supabase, our database and login provider, and the app is hosted by Vercel. If you use the swing check, the swing clip is sent to Google (Gemini API) to generate your feedback. These providers process data only to provide their services to us. Security rules in the database mean each account can only ever read its own data.

Deleting your data

Go to Settings → Delete my account. This permanently removes your account, profile, rounds and plans straight away. It can't be undone.

Children

The app isn't aimed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
